Hello everyone!
I would like to thank all my amazing customers for the continuous love and support. All of your incredible feedback has helped me on my baking journey and has shaped and inspired the delicious pastries you all know and love.
With that being said, I would like to utilize this moment to introduce myself:
My name is Claudia. I am a proud mom of five children, 2 fur babies, and recently received the title of Abuelita, from my first grandchild, earlier this year.
In 2019, I embarked on my cooking journey by completing a cooking course at the Hacienda La Puente Adult Education School. While there, I mastered a variety of delectable dishes from around the world, as well as baking sweets and pastries. From a very young age, I’ve had a passion for cooking, but baking has always been my bread and butter (no pun intended). In the past couple years, I was faced with many challenges that have since led me to create the delicious pastries you all enjoy and love. I am truly grateful for the outpouring love and support from each of my children and my husband.
As for the name Moras, it’s a name that’s very close to my heart and represents my Guatemalan heritage and roots. It has had a great influence on all the pastries that I bake and name. It pays tribute to all the people that have influenced me in my life and who I am today.
Thank you all very much!
Yours Truly,
Claudia (Mora's Pastries)
